who are the clients you are best able to help?

I work with adults, couples, and healers . I am generally a good fit for people who suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, problems with relationships, as well as issues related to trauma and abuse. Those open to a holistic therapeutic approach, incorporating mind, body, and spirit, will benefit most from our time together.

Therapy for Healers: Therapy for therapists, coaches, and other professionals who provide healing services goes a long way toward improving the quality of care you provide for your clients. To be a steward of your profession you must develop advanced skills in self-reflection and self-monitoring. In therapy, you can learn to examine your blind spots, learn to accept feedback, and use your perceptions and reactions as powerful instruments for helping others in their healing journey.

 

What should I expect at our appointments?

During the first appointment, I will gather some history and discuss your presenting concerns. We will use this information to assess if we are a good fit. During follow-up appointments, I will use a variety of Body-Centered and/or Skills-Based Approaches to help you meet your therapy goals.

Sessions are 50 minutes. We will meet one to two times per week.

 

What are your rates?

$320 for a 50-minute session**
A credit card is kept on file for all payments. I also accept Venmo and PayPal.

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. Please let me know if you would like a receipt (“superbill) to submit to your insurance company to use out-of-network benefits.

What is your cancellation Policy?

All sessions must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance, or you will be charged the full fee.

 

Do you do Telehealth/Video counseling?

Yes, telehealth is a convenient and effective platform for therapy. I have limited in-office availability, so we will start with video sessions if the office schedule is full. We can move appointments to the office when there is an opening.

are you available to me between sessions?

My practice is not set up to provide therapeutic support between our scheduled sessions. If you need more support, we will create a plan, which might include scheduling additional sessions, finding other ways for you to get support, or working with a different therapist who can better meet your needs.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO HEAR FROM YOU?

My business hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. Whether you are a new or existing client, calls and emails will be returned in 1-2 business days. All calls Friday - Sunday will be returned the following Monday.
